Multi-functional residential building - Ro/3k

Proposal places emphasis on building layout whit a link to the site to ensure construction of static, protection against noise, fire safety, safety in use and energy savings. Community Center in the Centre

During the 70s Povazska Bystrica city has completely changed their entire downtown. When the proposal was envisaged to reserve 30 percent of the area from which it has over the years become parking places. This city center , without historical buildings with compactly closed square is certainly an interesting subject of sociological inquiry. What is missing in this zone are mainly related to leisure activities , facilities for mothers with small children , gallery , sports center , museum of Povazske strojarne . All these functions , I tried to include in my concept of urban strategies , from which I chose to further develop the community center building . That in itself contains a gallery , bistro , maternity center , multipurpose hall and two large spaces for the development of musical activities and creative abilities . Surrounding buildings are only with a flat roof , mainly cubic , and therefore I chose this also this very similar and simple shape. Form responds to the idea of the conclusion of the square , but their scale and the overall shape corresponds with the environment and communicate directly with him . Height of the building is in equilibrium with the surrounding building heights , four classic levels . The proposed building is from the eastern part , where the transition between buildings is designed after the original road from the church , the entrance to the maternity center is situated near the indoor playground snd the semi-opened atrium.Artistic and material solution responds to the urban environment in which the building is planted . Whereas in its vicinity is the amount of greenery with which is in direct contact (park , river with green stripe) and that is why I chose the color of the facade , which would be in contrast with greenery , but also square tiles . I chose pale pigmented precast concrete elements which, artistically revived facade and completed as well as the layout of windows and doors . Windows and doors have been designed with regard to the function rooms , as well as their breakdown, as some of them , such as entrance hall , extending over two floors , on the other hand , some classrooms respectively interest rooms have a mezzanine section . Complement the interior color shades that are not only functional but also aesthetic element , as are color differentiated by function of room . The building is designed as wall system combined with columns and materials , in turn, is a concrete and reinforced concrete .

Detached House in Jihlava

This thesis addresses is the project documentation of a family house. This building is situated in the region Vysočina, the town Jihlava. It is a two-storey family house and it is projected for four-five people. Vertical structures are designed ceramic fittings. The residential part of the building is covered with a shed roof over the garage roof is flat.

Sports and Leisure Centre Brno

The theme of the dissertation titled the Centre of Sport and Leisure Time in Brno is a design of a relaxing and sport site „Centrum Lužánky“. The subject of this project is architectonic-city-planning study, which deals with elaborating a concept of a sport centre behind Lužánky in Brno-Ponava. This dissertation contains details of the facility and the area of the current swimming pool Lužánky. The current state of the facility built in 1979 doesn’t meet requirements of visitors and sportsmen anymore. The main aim of this project is the reconstruction of the current fifty-meter swimming pool, a design of a new swimming pool placed under the ground floor of the current building, which will provide space for organizing international competitions, trainings of professional sportsmen, etc. At the same time the busyness of the current swimming pools would be lowered by building a new indoor and outdoor waterpark, especially for the group of recreational visitors. The attractiveness of the facility will be increased by the newly designed park relaxing area and proposed multipurpose area, used as a sports field in the summer and as an ice ring in the winter. Additional value of the facility is comprised by an indoor and outdoor café and large relaxing area on the roof of the waterpark. The whole area increases the community facility availability by a proposed wide range of services for health, relax and sport. The advantage of the whole concept is the mutual connection of all facilities. The entrance to the area is shortened by a designed pedestrian bridge, accessible from the south and north busy areas. The whole project is enhanced by increased number of new parking places, located particularly along the access road, the street Sportovní, going through a green zone. The road and parking places are proposed in the design of residential streets, respecting walking pedestrians. The area has a very rich sport history, which is dated back to 1922. District police department of the Czech Republic in Brno-Bohunice

The master´s thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of the District Police of the Czech Republic in Brno. The new building is situated in the north of city part Bohunice. It´s a three- floor object with partial basement and flat roof. The bearing perimeter masonry, internal bearing masonry and internal non- load bearing masonry are made with technology from ceramic hollow blocks. Ceiling construction is designed from prestressed ceiling panels. The perimeter walls of the of the underground floor are made from blocks of lost formwork, which is insulated with extruded polystyrene. The walls on the above- ground floors are insulated by a combination of contact thermal insulation system and ventilated facades with fiber- cement facade cladding boards.

The purpose of this diploma thesis „Optimization Of Selected Proposed ČSN Elements For Urban Road Design„ is car parks at shopping centers. Goal of this thesis is to compare calculation parameters for car parks according to Czech standards for design of local communication with standards in selected countries in the world. Another goal of this work is to fill in missing information for assessment of capacity of connections to ground communication for various types of shopping centers. Second part of the work is focused on the measurement itself and data analysis. The last part of the work consists of comparison of calculated parking places according to standards with real number of parking places.

The Study of the Parking Area on the Motorway D1

The task of my diploma work is the study of the parking area on the motorway D1 near Vyškov. This place will be connected with the motorway D1 between the present exit Vyškov – West (226) and Vyškov – East (230/1) in the direction to Kroměříž. The parking area (the parking place, the petrol station, the restaurant) and the truckpark will be designed with the reason of the high intensity of cars and lorries on the motorway D1 and with the reason of the lack of the parking places for the lorries.

TransportßUrbanism design of Černá louka locality in Ostrava city

This work aims to create transport–urbanism study which will lead to the improvement of attractivity of the whole region, whether for permanent or migrant populations, converts the traffic so that the least interfere with visitors of the city center while retaining its good accessibility, supports the development of pedestrian and cycling routes in context of the surrounding area. Traffic-urban solution will work with the master plan of Ostrava city and also take into account results of performed architectural and urban design competitions of a city in the area of interest. Emphasis will be placed on an economically resonable solution with connection to the future development of the site, construction phasing and quick implementation.

Expansion of residential development in the village Pustá Polom

The subject of this thesis is to design a residential area, adjoining roads and connections to an existing infrastructure in the eastern part of a village called Pustá Polom. The proposal is in accordance with the master plan of the municipality and respects the reserved area for new construction projects. There are created three alternative solutions especially for residential zones. From these only one is further developed. Adjacent communications are solved by only one proposal that is approving for all solutions to the residential zone. The proposal also includes the solution of static traffic.
